What is in GLOW?
Sellers use the name for a three-ingredient blend: the copper peptide GHK-Cu, plus BPC-157 and TB-500. Amounts vary by seller, and there is no standard formula. Compare it with Wolverine and KLOW ingredient by ingredient.
Why is it marketed for skin?
Because of GHK-Cu. Research on GHK-Cu’s effect on skin comes largely from topical creams and serums and from laboratory studies. In one randomized trial after laser resurfacing, a topical GHK-Cu regimen did not measurably improve redness, wrinkles or skin quality compared with the control group, though patients using it reported higher satisfaction. What are the safety questions?
FDA’s safety review lists potential immune reactions for injectable GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, with limited or no human safety data. Injecting three peptides together adds unknowns that no study has examined.
