Sources
We rely, in order, on FDA and other regulators, FDA-approved labeling, peer-reviewed human studies and systematic reviews, and then animal and laboratory research, which we always label as such. When the human evidence is thin, we say so.
What we will not publish
- Dosing amounts, schedules, “protocols” or instructions for mixing vials. Your prescription directions are the only dosing information that applies to you.
- Claims that a peptide treats, cures or prevents a disease without controlled human evidence.
- Patient testimonials presented as evidence, or reviews we cannot verify.
Guides are not prescriptions
Our guides explain treatments and the evidence behind them. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you is decided only by a licensed clinician who reviews your intake, health history and medications.
AI tools
We use AI tools to help research, draft and check pages. People decide what is published. Facts are checked against their sources, and no page is published on the strength of an AI draft alone.
Commercial interests
Peps RX sells some of the treatments we write about. We write about their evidence and risks in the same way as treatments we do not sell, and we say plainly when we do not offer something.
